3 layer Stainless Aluminum Pot designed by Japanese industrial designer Sori Yanagi. For the inside of the pot, using 18-8 stainless steel which is excellent in corrosion resistance. As a core material, using aluminum which has a great heat conductivity, and 18-Nb stainless steel, which is suitable for induction heating, is used for the outside. Thickness of the bottom is 2.6mm. Heat conduction is very well, heat is transmitted uniformly and it is hard to get burned. Beautiful matte finishing will cover up scratches. This shallow pot is suitable for stew, boil, soup and so on.
