What is SUPER IRON?

July 20, 2018

What is SUPER IRON?

You know that iron pans have better heat conduction than the coated pans. And also better for your health because there is no coating processed. But you also know that iron pans are difficult to take care.

So what if there is an iron pan that is easy to take care?

The nitriding process can make it easy!

What is Nitriding process?

By spreading Nitrogen to the surface of the iron, it becomes resistant to rust.

This special heat treatment is also used for a rust-resistant for aircraft or bullet trains (Shinkansen)!  Nitriding process was first invented in Europe and was being used for industrial use, and now it is applied to the kitchen wares in Japan.

So what’s special?

“Seasoning” is the thing you cannot avoid when using iron pans, and you need to do it every time you use! I know it bothers you. However, this SUPER IRON does not need seasoning each time of use! Just apply some oils for cooking and spread to the surface when cooking, and after the cooking, just dry with the towel or paper.

That’s it! Isn’t it great?

Why don’t you take a look at the whole SUPER IRON collection now? :)
