Cook juicy Chicken breast with Steam Grill

April 25, 2018

Steam + Grill  New concept of cooking.

Steam Grill, steams and grills at the same time so you can save time whilst keep your food juicy.

The grill is made of half-inch-thick aluminum and securely retains heat. By cooking with the lid closed, you can achieve the ideal, soft and juicy result. The grill has a water pocket (gutter) to pour some water for the steam.

What’s Special About the Steam Grill?

①Retains nutrients and umami

When you boil the ingredients, the nutrients are lost in the water. By steaming, the Steam Grill lets the ingredients retain their nutrients, while by grilling, it draws out their umami (tastiness for the fifth taste sensation). It lets you enjoy the real flavor of the ingredients and absorb the nutrients efficiently.

②Cooks your food soft and juicy

When overcooked, fish and lean meat such as chicken breast become hard and dry. With the “steam + grill” method, moisture is retained in the ingredients while grilling, resulting in soft and juicy fish or meat.

③Shortens the cooking time to a third of what it takes on a frying pan!

By trapping the high-temperature steam while preheating, Steam Grill heats the food efficiently and shortens the cooking time.

④Ribbed plate that drains excess grease

The ribs on the plate allow the grease to drip into the water pocket (gutter). It allows you to cook meat and fish in a healthy manner.

⑤Diamond fluororesin coating

The Steam Grill has the fluororesin coating so it doesn’t burn and is easy to clean. The surface of the body contains diamond particles that resist scratching and is guaranteed to last for a long time.

⑥Minimizes smell and smoke!

Steam-grilling with the lid closed, you can enjoy cooking fish without worrying about filling your room with the smell or the smoke.

Now let's try cooking with Steam Grill!

3. When the skin is browned after a minute or so, flip and cook for another 2 minutes.

4. Add 2 oz of water in the gutter (water pocket) and cover with the lid. Cook on low heat for 4 minutes.

5. Turn the heat off but keep the lid on and finish cooking with residual heat

Enjoy :)
